  1. Can you explain me a bit more? I truly enjoyed reading it, you could be tibby sisterhood of the traveling pants great author. Should i try really slowing down every excerise or do something different ive been traning for years now at the gym but hit a plateu and was wondering if your excercise techniques would push me past it. Swing both arms back as you bend a little deeper.

  2. I'm not a great fan of lunges -not because they are not a valuable exercise- but because they are difficult to progress. Repeat 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

  3. Try to complete three sets of 10 to 12 reps with a lighter weight before moving on to a heavier weight. You said that you can add a few arm exercises to your workout if you wish. Place your elbows down to make it harder.

  4. This intermediate tricep workout plan hits all areas of the back of your arms to build muscle mass and create that "horseshoe" look. Fit for the 4th of July Challenge!

  5. Yes, good point. Looking for that pump in your chest? BTW, the workout went great last night. You need to live really heavy weights to do that.

  6. This works well because while these two muscles are located on opposite sides of the body — chest in the anterior portion and triceps in the posterior region — they work together. Again, thank you for all the work you do.
