Chicago Partnership Walk 2007

Sunday, October 14, 2007 | Millennium Park

Chicago is the newest member of the Partnership Walk family.  2007 marked Chicago’s fifth anniversary and thanks to the support of Chicagoans, Partnership Walk has become part of the annual Chicago landscape.

Numerous dignitaries showed their support in 2007 by participating in this year's Walk, including U.S. Senator John Cullerton and Illinios Secretary of State Jesse White. Serving as masters of ceremonies were Judie Garcia, WGN-TV news anchor, Dr. Sandy Goldberg NBC5-TV contributor and consultant, and Bill Moller, WGN radio host. We thank all Chicagoans and people in the surrounding areas that once again exemplified the global spirit of partnership and expressed support for millions living in poverty around the world. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation this year!

The 2007 Chicago Partnership Walk featured a lively stage program, that featured various performances celebrating the diversity of world cultures.
